Flat conveyor dishwasher

2. Cleaning process: The tableware is transported to the cleaning area through the conveyor belt and rinsed with high-temperature water and detergent. In this process, multiple spray devices are usually equipped to rinse the flat tableware from different angles to ensure that all parts of the tableware can be cleaned.
3. Water and energy saving: Compared with some other dishwashers, water saving in cleaning equipment means energy saving. For example, for the same amount of cleaning, its water consumption can save at least 20% - 50% compared with traditional dishwashers, and the water consumption is 680L/H.
4. Good cleaning effect: The front of the tableware can be rinsed directly, avoiding cleaning dead corners caused by overlapping or improper placement of tableware. It can better handle the cleaning problems of tableware with a lot of oil and residue and irregular shapes that are common in Chinese cooking, ensure the cleanliness of the tableware, and achieve high-temperature cleaning above 80°C.
