- Preheat the oven to 350°F (about 175°C).
- Sauté sliced garlic with ground beef until the oil is released.
- Boil water in a large pot for the pasta, cook according to the lasagna box instructions, and rinse the cooked pasta with cold water to prevent sticking.
- Dice carrots, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers and set aside.
- Layer the cooked meat sauce, pasta, diced vegetables, pasta sauce, and cheese in a baking dish.
- After preheating the oven, place the baking dish inside and bake until the cheese is melted and the surface is slightly browned.

Preparation Steps:
- Cut onions, red peppers, and carrots into square pieces, crush garlic cloves, and cut eggplants into square pieces.
- Fry the crushed garlic in olive oil, then sauté the eggplant pieces for 7 minutes until almost cooked, then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and bay leaves in olive oil, add red pepper pieces, then add canned tomatoes, olives, and other seasonings, stirring constantly.
- Add the fried eggplant pieces and simmer covered over low heat for 35-40 minutes.
